Simplified Payroll & Tax Processing

Payroll is performed for you by Servant HR on your designated pay cycle. You can send your payroll inputs to us via email or fax. Servant HR calculates your gross pay, deductions and net pay, records payroll, and files and pays the payroll taxes. Paychecks are then direct deposited to each employee's personal bank account.

The summary reports clearly identify deductions, holidays, vacation, taxes paid, YTD earnings, etc., rather than having a set of complex codes for you to remember!

Your Form 941, state quarterly wage reports, state unemployment tax reports, state income tax reconciliation reports and local income tax reconciliation reports are filed quarterly. Your FUTA tax return report, state annual tax reconciliation reports, local annual tax reconciliation reports, wage and tax statements, W-2, and W-3 transmittal of wage and tax statements are filed annually. All required employee taxes are calculated, filed and paid as required.
